DESCRIPTION:Free tasting event featuring two fabulous de-alcoholized wines. Available Saturday 11am-7pm and Sunday 12pm-4pm. \nNoughty ‘Monté’ is an elegantly produced and elevated Syrah from the dryland farmed vineyards in South Africa. French Oak is used during malolactic fermentation and ageing to give structure and depth. Fruity and crisp\, balanced with a mild tannin and a dry finish. \nLeitz ‘Zero-Point-Five’ Sauvignon Blanc impresses with its typical varietal character\, with vegetative aromas of gooseberry\, green bell pepper\, and fresh grass. A light freshness of green citrus fruits is combined with a delicate minerality that ensures a long-lasting body. Thanks to the continuous improvement of the base wine quality and the dealcoholization process\, there is hardly any difference to the “classic wine.” \n

The fourth release (which changes each year) is a blend of 2023 Cabernet Sauvignon aged on American oak and 2022 Merlot\, aged for an extended 30 months in French oak. \nStudio Null ‘Gruner Weiss’ is a bright\, dry white wine from a certified sustainable vineyard in Austria. Aged in stainless steel\, this fresh white with 4-hours of skin contact delivers lively acidity and floral aromatics. \n
