DESCRIPTION:Free tasting event featuring two exceptional de-alcoholized wines. Available Saturday 11am-7pm and Sunday 12pm-4pm. \nSovi ‘Chenin Blanc’ Clarksburg\, CA\nNestled in the Sacramento River Delta\, Clarksburg is well known for producing vibrant Chenin Blanc. This wine hails from a single vineyard there\, Heringer Vineyard. To create complexity\, the grapes were picked at different stages of ripeness\, including one late season lot that was botrytized. The cooling breezes help to maintain fresh acidity\, and warm sunny days allow for even ripening. \nStudio Null ‘Prickly Red’ Murcia\, Spain\nA dry blend of Tempranillo and Syrah with a carbonic bite. Aged for nine months in French oak after fermenting in concrete tanks for a savory\, bright profile with tannin and a light fizz that drinks well at room temperature or slightly chilled. \n
